As part of a multi-week activation aligned with one of Singapore’s leading premium supermarket’s signature festival, we helped the USA Cheese Guild to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion of USA-origin cheeses in Singapore’s premium grocery segment.

Thematic Culinary Masterclass
- Organized an exclusive 2-hour masterclass led by regionally renowned Chef Imran at the retailer’s experiential zone, comprising 3-course high tea, live cooking demos with interactive elements.
- Attended by retailer’s top shoppers and social media influencers who shared post-event reels in collaboration with the brand.
In-store Retail Activation
- Hosted live cooking demo sessions featuring everyday cheese recipes across multiple outlets over the weekends.
- Cooking demos were accompanied with various POS engagement mechanic including "Spin-to-Win" giveaways and promoter sampling to increase foot traffic and conversion.
Integrated Communications Campaign
- A multi-phase social media strategy supported the campaign - boosting awareness, driving attendance, and extending engagement beyond the events.
- Leveraged paid media ad placements and KOL collaborations to increase reach and extend awareness regarding ongoing retail promotions and events.
Impact & Results
- Strong sales growth at select outlets when comparing pre- and post-event sales including +193% growth and +75% growth at two outlets.
- Overall sales growth of +13% increase in sales across the full chain
